Debutant takes on Champion
Gael Monfils finished his last tournament in Stockholm by taking his fourth ATP-title. The 26-year-old Parisian is back at the If Stockholm Open to defend his triumph from last year.
Monfils first obstacle will be a Swede. 24year-old ATP-debutant Patrik Rosenholm is the opponent to face the defending champion.
-"I'm really focused. It will be great fun but also a little nervous going on court with a star like Monfils" says Rosenholm.
Earlier on Tuesday double Grand Slam champion Lleyton Hewitt takes on 203 cm tall South African Kevin Anderson. Hewitt is always a fighter and it will be a very interesting match watching Hewitt taking on the hard hitting Anderson.
Another match not to miss is Baghdatis vs David Goffin. Former If Stockholm Open champion and Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis takes on up 'n comer David Goffin of Belgium.
